Hi, My name is Trish and I been reading so much, that I feel like I am going to go crazy....lol...so much...and I just need your help. Please refer me to a diet I can follow, I need some structure for at least 4-6 weeks, something to just completly follow and after that, i should be used to it and then go from there and work towards changing it.
I am 5'9 195 lbs 28.7 body fat. I got a good work out routine already I go to the gym 4 days a week sometimes 5, but right now that is all I can comit to being that i depend on daycare and am a single mom. Anyway, please help.....

If you want diet ideas just take a look at the journals in the journalling section.. lots of ppl post their diets.

Try the Body For Life diet. It's excellent for beginners!
