I've come up with a new meal plan for the rest of my cut. My current stats as of right now is 5'10, 230lbs, and 25-26% BF. Please take a look at it and tell me whats right or wrong with it.

1566 Total calories (I do 30-45 minute cardio which includes Hitt on various days and another 45 minute total body workout 3 times a week, so should I up this just 100-200 cal?)

sat 11g 94 cal
poly 5 g 46cal
mono 17g 156cal
96g of carb 344 cal 22%
15g of fiber
214g of protein 851cal 54%

Everyday will look like this....

4:30am Whey protein chicken breast 2 wheat slice (2 mega men gnc pill, 1 fish oil pill, and 2 lipo 6)
8:50am tuna and whey(lipo 6)
12:30p.m beans and tuna or chicken breast
3:30pm chicken breast and 2 slice of whole wheat
6:00pm whey protein
8:30-9:00p.m. 2 tbs peanut butter
Tons of water

Short term goals are 220 by August, and 22% BF by August 27.
Long term goals are 8% BF 195-210 lbs.
