Hello everyone,

I am new to posting but have been reading a lot of articles here and boy, I have learn alot. I am getting the nutritioin part and started practicing it, now i need help with training, I would like to get suggestions or direction on where to find a good workout program that would be best for me, I am 5"9 193 lbs (i've lost 40) and my bf is still high at 28. Now I love doing weights, I just love how my body feels. Can someone please help with a workout program, I have been doing weight all along but I need a change. I have not lost any weight for the last 3 months.

well whats your goal. is it to continue losing weight? or is it to gain muscle. congrats on losing the 40 pounds.

I need to lose at least 40 more lbs and tone, I am at 195, 5'9 so I know is diet but training...can I get some ideas on work out and days...I can only do 4 days being that I am a single mom and I try to have the rest of the days for them...is that not enough days...

I work out 3 days a week, and that's plenty for me.
