I am jsut getting into the swing of wokring out and am trying to change my In your opinion, are multi vitamins helpful or nessisary?

hiya okohme,

I'm relatively new here, but in terms of multivitamins, I think everyone will benefit from mutlvitamins, even for those who don't exercise on a regular basis. No matter how much variety of food we try to intake, we can almost never fulfilled the recommended amount of vitamins and minerals. That's were the multivitamins kick in.

I also think multi vitamins are good for any woman and i would also highly recommend glutamine. Its great for recovery ( of the muscle tissue ) and helps you build muscle easier and shortens the recovery time.
