Bodytype: Meso

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):

I've been training for numerous sports including Lacrosse, Tennis, Football, and X - Country for about 4 years now. I start powerbuilding around 2 years ago, and have reached a solid 200 with around 9% bodyfat.

As we all know, normal classes start soon.... this year I'll be trying out for Football after not having played for a couple of years. I have the athletisism, strength, and size, but I don't know if I can handle it. Tons of school work + sports has always been tough for me. I've played Lacrosse for many years now, and always have problems getting things out of my mind.

I'm hoping that with this product I'll be able to have some good relaxing hours while not worrying about FB or school. If I hold off exactly 3 weeks on this log, it will coincide directly with Football.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

So much to list... I :

-Weighlift 4 days a week with a split. I train chest/tri, bicep/shoulder, back, and legs.

I focus on compounds with one or two isolation excersices per day. I focus on power and olympic lifting styles on back and leg day. Lots of olympic lifts, and lots of heavy, low rep, deads/squts/lunges/pullups/etc.

Aside from training 4 days a week, I also do a lot more the other days (and also sometimes overlapping gym days)

I do a ton of plyometrics and speed work. Too many things to list here, but I train for speed/explosiveness 2-3 times a week.

I do a lot of endurance running too. My best (and most recent) time on a 2 mile street run, was 13 minutes. My endurance has always sucked due to completely flat feet, so this is a good time for me.

I also do a lot of stretching, and injury preventing (Rotator cuff work, joint work, stretches, etc)

Current supplements (exact brand/product name):

Now Adam, Fishoil, Super antioxidant
ON Whey
Cytosport Muscle Milk
Controlled Labs Red Acid for days that I'm not feeling like cardio will go well.
Bulk Leucine

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):

Due to my lucky genetics, I can pretty much eat whatever I want (without going INSANE) and maintain my bodyfat. I make sure I get atleast 315 grams of protein a day, but besides that.... not much.

Current Daily water intake: On w/out days, 1.5 gallons. On cardio days, 2 gallons.

Short Term Goal: Mantain what I have through the Football season (if I make the team)

Long Term Goal: 215 8% bf.

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):

Lots of creatine, lots of stimulants, and many trial/samples of random others.

Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links):

I've done an REM log, Cissus Log, and a few mini product reviews. Nothing worth looking at. I've never done a company sponsored log that ran for more than 10 days.

REQUIRED information:

Current Stats:
Age: 22
Sex: Male
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 205
Body Type: Endo/Meso

Workout Schedule:
I do a a 5 day split working a different body part once per week.
Mon: Cardio
Tues: Arms
Wed: Legs
Thur: Chest
Fri: Cardio
Sat: Back
Sun: Shoulders
I usually do abs for 5-10 minutes on workout days. Also if I go to the gym on Sat/Sun I will do them along with cardio.

Training and Experience:

I've been lifting and working out since I was 14, so about 7 years now on and off. After High School in 2003 I weighed in at a big 310lbs with probably 25-30% BF. Over a period of about a year I lost a solid 100lbs. From there I went back and forth a couple times losing 20lbs, gaining 30lbs, losing 30lbs. I just got down to my lowest weight of all time since I was 13 or so at 176lbs. I then did my first ever bulk. I hit just over 200lbs, which was my goal. I gained some good mass but a little more fat than I thought. So I attempted a short recomp and now I'm currently cutting. I've been cutting for almost 2 months now. I ran a LipidFX cycle and then I used Dicana & Stizm. I'm still cutting and I'm just about done running a Melting Point & Basic Cuts stack. I think I will do a recomp with maintenance cals with this if I get chosen. Been lean bulking for a while now.

Cardio:

Right now I'm doing about 2 to 3 sessions of cardio per week.

Current Diet:

I eat between 5-7 meals per day. Right now I'm aiming for around 2800-3200 calories per day. I eat very clean 5-6 days per week.

Water Intake:

At least 1.5 to 2.0 gallons per day.

Short-term Goal:

Less than 10%BF @ whatever weight it takes.

Long-term Goal:

Less than 10%BF @ 200lbs. or more.

Current Supplements:
**** N'Gorge (8caps W/O / 4caps Off)

B.N. ZMA (Night)

Mon-Chest/tris (focus on flat bench exercises)
Tues-Back/bis
Wed-Legs
Thurs-Chest/tris (focus on incline press exercises)
Fri-Back/bis (focus on upper back with some shoulders)
Weekends-Rest

I do abs 3-4 times a week at the end of my other lifts.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol-Short warmups only.

Current supplements-NOW rhodiola, Dymatize GABA, Dymatize Elite whey, Biocore maltodextrin, Eclipse glutamine, Animal Pak, Optimum fish oil, Scivation Xtend.

Current Diet and macros-About 3000 calories a day, bulking clean. Mostly bagels, tortillas, chicken breast, tuna, bread and oats, cottage cheese.

Current Daily water intake-1.5 gallons

Short Term Goal-get to 175 lbs, same bodyfat (about 12%)

Long Term Goal-maintain, maybe go to 180 lbs

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs-none, alcohol maybe twice a month.

Supplement history-pretty much everything I'm taking now, but have tried out different companies. I've also tried ecdysterone and methoxyisoflavone.

Other product reviews / logs you have done-This would be my first. I've been waiting for one that I can truly benefit from, and give good feedback. I'm a high-stress individual, with sleeping issues. I have had anxiety in the past, and that's why I'm taking GABA and rhodiola-for anxiety and mood support. I've also been prescribed Ambien in the past for insomnia, but have long since tried to stick to natural remedies.

Age: 19

Height: 5'11

Weight: 168

Bodytype: Ecto

Training experience: Been weight training for about 7 years now. Started at age 12 to gain strength for sports. About 2 years ago I had two very major injuries. One to my knee and one to my shoulder. Went from 170lb to 135lb by the time it was over. Untill about a year ago I drastically overtrained and underate. Now I continue to lift to gain strength for sports, but I also tro to bodybuild at the same time.....

Current Training Schedule / Protocol:
As of right now my training is kinda weird. Normally I do a 4-5 day weight training split with a few basketball and boxing/MMA sessions dabbed in, but I have a basketball tourney in 2 weeks and a boxing match very soon to train for, so for now I lowered weight training to 2 full body sessions a week

Monday- Full Body workout
Tuesday- Am MMA and Pm basketball
Wednesday- Am MMA and Pm basketball
Thursday- Full Body workout followed by basketball
Friday- Am MMA and Pm Boxing
Saturday- Basketball

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): No planned form of cardio as far as running. I do have multiple basketball open gyms and practiced every week, I train in boxing/MMA a couple times a week, and I ride a bike everywhere. So by those terms I do get plenty of cardio in.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
Protein: Dymatize Elite, ErgoPharm GF-Pro
Multi: GNC Mega-Men
ZMA: Dymatize Z-Force
BCAAs: Xtend (for now, switching to Now)
Cissus: USP Labs Cissus RX
Creatine: Universal Storm, Omega Thunder

*I also use caffeine, ALCAR, Vit C at times

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
Try to get in over 3k cals a day. My macro ratio is around 35-45-25, but not set. I eat lots of eggs, bread, milk, meat, potatoes, whey....

Current Daily water intake:
Plenty of water ;)

Short Term Goal: Drop a lil bit more BF before summers out, if possable, increase my conditioning, maintain / gain strength and size.

Long Term Goal: Mega bulk at the end of the summer for about 6-7 months gaining plenty in size and strength, but yet somehow still stay conditioned. Then cut for for summer and get as conditioned as possible. Possibly entering a tough man contest nest summer :)

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: Allergy medicine only before I get in ponds or lakes.

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Never taken anything hard core. Just the usuall creatine, NO supps, and also a breif stint w PowerFull, which ended after one bottle and no results.

Current Stats:

Age: 25

Sex: Male

Height: 5' 10"

Weight: 167

Body Type: Skinny-Fat Ecto

Training Experience:

A little over four years ago I weighed over two hundred and fifteen pounds at an extremely unhealthy body fat percentage. Sick and tired of being obese, I decided that I wanted and needed to lose weight. If for anything, I at least needed to lose weight for my long-term health. With no diet or nutrition knowledge whatsoever, I got on a cardio and starvation kick, in which I lost an incredible sixty five pounds. Unfortunately, this was a very unhealthy approach to weight loss. I did however manage to keep the weight off.

A couple of years ago, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. The disease threatened my very existence, as it took me down to one hundred and twenty pounds before the doctors found out what it was. Luckily, through medication and a healthy diet, I have managed to make a full recovery from the illness. I have been in Crohn's remission for almost 2 years now. So obviously, my health and well-being is my primary concern.

As far as the reason I want to test this product, I am constantly running on very few hours of sleep (4-5 hrs a night), and the very difficult/fast paced flow of summer school make for an extremely stressful environment. The regular semester is 16 weeks long; whereas the summer session is the same amount of material covered in just 5 weeks.

Current Cardio Schedule/Protocol:

I perform 20-25 minutes of cardio post weightlifting.

Current Training Schedule:

Monday: Chest and Back
Tuesday: Leg and Shoulders
Wednesday: Biceps and Triceps
Thursday: Off
Friday: Off
Saturday: Repeat
Sunday: Repeat

Current Supplements:

Glucophase XR
Vitamin C
Whey Protein
Vigor
Lean Extreme
MRM BCAA+G

Current Daily water intake:

I have no trouble drinking one to two gallons a day.

Short Term and Long Term Goals:

Just always concerned with my health. Its my number one priority.

Chronic’s information:

I would like to test Relax-All

Current Stats:
Age: 21
Sex: Male
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 195 lbs.
Body Type: Athletic

Workout Schedule:
I do a custom Split, depending on what I want to do that day. This is an example of last weeks’ workout schedule:
Mon: Heavy Squats
Tues: Chest/Tri’s
Wed: Heavy DL
Thur: Back/Bi’s
Fri: Boxing/Cardio/Abs
Sat: Light Squats/Light Powercleans
Sun: Off

Training and Experience:

I've been lifting and working out since I was 14 years old. I’ve played sports my while life: Football and baseball throughout HS with a solid lifting regime. I’ve tried plenty of methods, including, WSBB, DC, Max-OT, 5x5, and I like my own regime the best. I do as many reps as I want to do, usually 6-8, and as many sets as I want until I feel good about it.

Cardio:

I don’t really do planned cardio often. Sometimes late at night I just get in the mood to go for a run, and I go for a run. Sometimes when I get angry, I decide to go to do a boxing circuit cardio thing I made up. It all depends on how I feel on a certain day with what kind of cardio I would be doing.

Current Diet:

I eat between 5-7 meals per day. Right now I'm aiming for around 2000-2300 calories per day. I eat clean 5-6 days per week. I don’t log calories and write down everything I eat all the time. I basically did that for a year and decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. I eat basically this: Grilled Chicken, tuna, peanut butter, wheat bread, apples, bananas, sun chips, and baked lays. Sometimes cheeseburgers when I go out to eat on the weekends. I have a solid grasp on my appetite and it really doesn’t pahse me to go into a cal deficit or a cal surplus, it’s all just as easy for me.

Height: 6'3"

Weight 201 (naked and dry in the morning before food)

Bodytype: meso with bit of endo.

training experience:
i have followed powerlifting, bodybuilding and strongman programs. I have found myself to be at home with powerlifting and strongman more so than any other sport, and have thus decided to stick with what i love. I have tested low and high rep schemes, and found low reps to be the best for me in terms of not acquiring injuries, gaining strength, and gaining mass/density/thickness.

(note: Ihave intense knots in my back. it gets to the point where it hurts to take plates on and off the bar.)

Current Training Schedule / Protocol :
I am following a 4-week sheiko beginner program at this moment, which entails extremely high volume with very few movements. I have had to make very few changes (subbing in exercises, cutting out some volume due to joints etc.) but the outline I follow close to perfectly can be found here:

http://www.zyworld.com/powerlifting/sheikotraining1.htm

(note: this program is not for actual “beginners.” This is the program outline they give to lifters once they qualify for the national powerlifting team.)

Cardio Schedule/Protocol:
None. I use 1-2 min rests on this program and that is FAR more than enough cardio for me.

This is an awesome product.
I worked at a supplement store--I've tried the product myself, and I've been to professional trainings by mrm in regards to various products.
This was one of the products I was trained on.

The stuff works great.
If you are a tester---you will be satisfied.

I have to admit, this is an impressive formula. It appears to have covered many bases, and I definitely like the fact that you're using Phenibut--something I've still yet to try, but am very intrigued by. Best of luck to all testers.

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but I just finished this product about a month ago and really did not notice much. I went as high as 12 caps, but that just gave me a headache. I did feel relaxed and tranquil the first couple times, but after that it seemed like I became immune to it or something. I didn't notice much in terms of relaxation, stress relief, feeling of tranquility, or a deeper, more restful sleep. I have heard that you can develop a tolerance quickly to phenibut, but I did not use this product everyday, maybe once every week or two.

I will be interested to see how the testers respond. I know not every product will work for everyone. Good luck to those chosen!

Well I got to sleep pretty quickly compared to normal. My body felt very relaxed. I had some intense dreams. I took my ZMA like normal with my other nightly supps and then 20 minutes later took the Relax-All. I shouldn't have taken the ZMA but it was too late and I wanted to try the R-A.

I'll use it again tonight.

Attention Relax-All Testers:

There as been a huge mix up on our end. Both Muzi and I were under the impression that everyone was being sent a full 15 serving bottle. This however is un-true as MRM believes that one serving is enough to see the full effects of Relax-All.

However Muzi and I do not agree with this. We feel that a full bottle is needed. The remedy? I will be sending everyone a full bottle out of my supplement collection. Everyone will get there relax all hopefully end of next week early the following week.

I’ll ask everyone again to please email me their address’s including astump.

Sorry for this misunderstanding.

Also if anyone wants to post a brief review of it on Mind and Muscle I'd appreciate it since a lot of neuroscience discussion happens over there. I am product testing something similar.
