Hey everyone I just wanted to know what kind of food is good for me that will maintain my testosterone levels at the peak. Im 15 years old so I know testosterone boosters won't help plus I do mostly compund exercises but is there good foods that may help out?

you are 15, i wouldnt worry about your test levels.

however foods high in zinc and magnesium have been known to increase test levels.(which is why these are the main ingredients in ZMAs). also make sure you get enough fat. fats are essential for hormone balance and cutting them out of your diet will only lead to your test levels dropping.

just keep eating, lifting, and sleeping and you should be fine.

You don't have to do anything special, just make sure your baselinediet is good. (See the stickies).

Is there a specific reason you're concerned about test levels?
