okay...if 40/40/20 is the average...what is the average cutting ratio?...I know carbs should be limited and sopaced differently and protein increased...so...?...just curious...thanks!

My cutting ratio currently is approximatly 50%P-30%C-20%F
and its pretty limited numbers wise...

you can go to fitday.com and track your numbers too - I just started today, but have seen that others use it as well...really helps you stay in track with where you are. I am a little over on my fat percentages today, but I am thinking clearly - that is a good thing. My grams for P, F and C are as follows:

<100g protien
<20g fats
<35g carbs

Today my protiens are right on, my carbs are right on, and my fats are about 15 grams over...but usually it fluxuates a bit like that depending on when and where I add my flaxoil.

Try the fitday chart - works a lot easier that writing everything down and having to do the math yourself - especially on lower carb days which we all experience. Keep up the good work and stay focused.
