I am a newbie first off, I would like to say hello to EVERYONE here... so HELLO.
Does anyone have a great HIIT routine that they do that involves sprinting and jogging?
Your opinions and suggestions will be highly considered... :)

Welcome to the board.

For my HIIT workouts I warm up for 5mins

20secs sprint at 16.2km/h
40secs recovery at 11km/h

Repeat for 15-20mins

Cool down for 5mins

The speeds used will depend on your level of fitness and running ability. When I first started HIIT my "sprint" was about 11km/h!

thanks for ur input :) That sounds real good...

Today I warmed up for 5 mins at 6.5 mph then I sprinted 30 sec at 10.0 mph and recovered 30 sec at 6 mph. I did that for 7 mins and then I cooled down for 3 mins.

does that sound any good?
