Ok, so I bought some calipers quite some time ago, but I am having alot of trouble figuring out exactly how to use them.
Does anyone know a site where they specifically direct you where and how to measure, using calipers?
Many Thanks!

Here's an ok one that I seem to like to use for work b/c it's fast and easy and gives you an approx. lvl that you are for age/bf%. Let me know if I can help you any :)

Take care

What are some good calipers to purchase? I want some high quality ones - I know the cost is fairly high, but any ideas here would be great along with where to buy...thanks.

The Lange calipers are supposed to be one of the best. I think they cost a little over $200. Try : chponline.com They sell a whole bunch from the cheapest to the most expensive. I bought a cheap pair just to keep track at home. But I have a friend that has the Lange ones and she and her hubby are both competitive BBers. And he is a writer for few BBing magazine so I trust they knew which ones to get...

Lange is def. one of the top quality calipers to buy. If you've got someone to pinch you that knows what they're doing go for these. I got these http://www.heartratemonitorsusa.com/Pages/Calipers-pages-new/Accu-Measure-Fat-Calipers/Accu-fat-trackII-new.html for christmas and they work well for home use. Really just a matter of how much you want to spend.
