Hi everyone !

Have you heard of bodyweight training ? I found only one article on that topic and I was really impressed, but I'd like to know more. There were some success stories, of course (i.e Bruce Lee), but everything seems good.

Anyone ever tried this ? Do you have any article related to this (maybe a different name for research) ? Could it work to do only pullups, chins, pushups, situps, squat and stuff like that to get really developed ?

There's a great sticky in the exercise forum for bodyweight exercises. Contains links to dozens of articles on bodyweight stuff.

Also, for research try gymnastics. Gymnasts use a lot of bodyweight stuff that includes a parallel bar. Amazing stuff, with a lot of core work.
