View Full Version : Athlete looking to drop body fat??

I'm not sure if this is the correct area to post this question, if not, let me know!! I have two passions in my life, weight training and martial arts. I want to maximize and improve in both of these areas. Ideally I would be able to drop my body fat % from 17.8% to 14% while maintaing my muscle and my martial arts training. Is this possible? Or is it too much to ask?? I Practice TaeKwonDo 6 times a week and lift 4. Can I do both at the same time? If so, what would your recommendations be for proper nutrition to support my training while cutting??

Any help, comments, direction would be sooooooo very much appreciated!

It's very possible to drop bodyfat while maintaining muscle, it just takes a lot more dedication. Proper nutrition is VITAL if this is your goal.
