I'm a 35 yoa female and have always worked out. i am in the gym 3 days a week and do around 30 min. of cardio on 3 other days. my question is..i have been told by several female & male bb and fitness compet. that i have great genetics to develop and then poss. compete, how do I get started? i'm sure i need some "tweeking" to my diet and routine, just not sure what. also, am i too old to start this? i've always wanted to but haven't gave it serious thought until recently.
