i have history of ed and 16 years of bad eating etc

i am trying to start fresh and eat sensibly, which is harder than it sounds, esp to you normal well adjusted people ;-)

anyway today so far i have had/done:

breakfast (i NEVER eat breakfast): omelette with 3 egg whites and tomato
am snack corn thins with lite cheese
lunch tuna salad
pm snack weetbix with protein powder

and i went to gym just after lunch and did 40mins mod on exercycle

planning LOADS of veg and mussels for dinner

i think you need to tweek your diet a bit more ;)

if you knew where i was in jan intake wise you would know this is improvement but know have ways to go!
dinner WAS mussels, veg and salad, and also some icecream as dessert. later i will have a MRP before bed

Doing much better! Keep eating more calories and adding lots of complex carbs, fruits veggies and good FAT!!! You're doing great! Keep it up and stay away from that scale! :-)

Hang in there woman.
Just know that most people wont understand EDs ever......and you cant expect them to. Its one of those things you have to have been there or in a similar situation to understand.
But you are doing great.
Gotta try to think positive. The positive feelings come next. Never doubt the power of your own mind and thinking, its stronger than you think.
Keep fighting...and keep up the hard work. And lord knows I feel ya!
