I assume the BB.com store will carry it but being that it will be ready to ship on Monday or so of next week, I haven't even told anyone about it. The King knows about it because he is located 45 minutes from me and we talk quite often. He is my homeskillet.

i have to be honest with you though: i havent read the book, but it doesnt APPEAR to be worth the $20 msrp. im just saying if i walked into barns and nobles book store or wherever and saw a stack of this book, i would flip through it, glance at the price tag, put the book down, and walk away.

maybe if it final production version (if this isnt it) were hardback, you may be able to get people to fork over the $20 for it. certainly not a knock at all against its wealth of information by any means regardless of format.

SRP means little. For example, it is on sale at many stores for ~$5. I sent out TONS of them for free.

This is not a book that will follow normal book distribution patterns. It targets a very niche market.

Wouldn't it be the opposite? If it says $19.95 on the book and the price tag says $5, wouldn't it seem like a better deal?

of course to one that may be true, but this is how i see it:

lets say i am buying a car. lets pretend i know absolutely nothing and im simply judging the book buy its cover and a few minutes of flipping through a few pages. said brand new car has an msrp of $100,000 but it is on sale for $25,000. after nothing more than a simple test drive and a bit of a look around, i cant help but feel that SOMETHING must have gone wrong for the price to have dropped so much. there has to be a catch. products dont suddenly go on such a drastic sale the day they are released unless something horrible went wrong.

just my take on msrp :) im sure in the end word of mouth will get around and the book will take off from there. im a few pages in, and had absolutely no idea about the importance of insulin management. ive been eating brown rice or oatmeal at literally EVERY single meal :( it looks like a tough plan of follow at first, but it does make alot of sense.

i liked it. very interesting points on many things that i'm already going to incorporate into my diet. it obviously had scivation/prima reccomendations, but it wasn't shameless pimping. the training pages kind of threw me through a loop. i don't know if i could handle a 5 day one muscle group split while on a 2K cal diet, but to each his own. i don't get how anyone could complain about getting this book for $5? the pre-contest diet info alone would be enough for me to buy it.

good book! i don't think i'll ever compete (in bodybuilding), but the diets outlined in it would work great for any cut. i'll have to try it out sometime. having everything planned out will definately make it easier for me to stick to it.

i liked it. very interesting points on many things that i'm already going to incorporate into my diet. it obviously had scivation/prima reccomendations, but it wasn't shameless pimping. the training pages kind of threw me through a loop. i don't know if i could handle a 5 day one muscle group split while on a 2K cal diet, but to each his own. i don't get how anyone could complain about getting this book for $5? the pre-contest diet info alone would be enough for me to buy it.

That's Chuck and Derek's fault. Something about credibilty?

Dorks. LOL

There is more than one way to pay. It is also a 100% secure site.

But have no fear, it'll be in the BB.com Cyberstore next week.

Looks like a great book. Is it available at BB.com yet? Can't seem to find it if it is. Also is it still free with just the cost of shipping? Thanks.

You get a free book when you purchase 180 cap Scivation Sesamin at BB.com, the most inexpensive Sesamin product there is.

You can also go to www.cutdiet.com and enter code CD6 to get it free other than a $3.95 S/H charge.

Thanks!

I am glad you like it!

The results people get when they follow this diet are amazing. It is no lie that it took me two years to convince Chuck to publish his Cut Diet.

If I may (I've read the book a few times now).

Cardio: The book recommends 30-45minutes 4-5 times a week, however I can't always determine whether it wants this done pre/post workout. Also, if you were to wake up and head straight to the gym (before a meal), the book recommends WPi/BCAA - thats fine, would it also recommend doing the 30-45mins cardio after this workout?

Cardio 2: If I was to do cardio on an empty stomach in the am upon waking (with some bcaa) and then train in the afternoon as per normal, would this be seen as beneficial as the 30-45mins after workout recommended by the cut diet?

Cardio Q 3: If I am doing 30mins cardio in the morning, then training in the afternoon - is it a problem to add 20-30mins cardio on the end of this gym session - or is this too much? (lets say 4 days a week I do this).

What is your thoughts on fasted cardio if I am taking bcaa/eaa ?

I have just finished week 1 of the cut diet, but haven't noticed any bodyfat changes. However, I wasn't spot on my diet for each meal and I think thats the reason why.

Thanks for sending the book to Oz. My training partner will be using it as part of his upcoming natural contest (Necromancer), so we'll have a 'real' user :)

Hi guys, I heard a podcast on SuperHuman Radio that Had Chuck Rudolph and BEAST on there talking about "Game Over" the Cut Diet book and I knew this was 100% exactly what I needed, so I hunted the internet for it!

I'm from the UK and placed my order for this book a few days ago. The order seemed to have gone through ok, but there was no indication on how long it will take to get here.

Just wanted to ask how long it usually takes for postage to the UK. Thanks
