Training experience: Football, basketball, baseball training through high school. Lifting since then, lifting religiously for about 2 years.

Training Schedule/Protocol: On week 5 of an intermediate 5 x 5 program

Cardio Schedule/Protocol: T/TH/S varying forms of cardio depending on how my legs are feeling. Alternates between HIIT (sprinting) or incline walking on days my legs are fried.

Current supplements: NOW ADAM, OMEGA 3-6-9, ON WHEY, Xceed, Xtend, GIANT CEE, started GLYCERGROW last week

Current Diet: Around 3500 calories a day, very clean. Actual menu varies, but almost always contains tuna, whole wheat bread, natty pb, large amounts of milk and cottage cheese, and usually some fat free ranch in the tuna. Dinner is usually boneless/skinless chicken breast and some form of veggies, a potato possibly thrown in. Oh yeah, and lots and lots of oats.

Short Term Goal: Whatever is possible by July 7 (wedding date). Not realistic to make huge gains by then, but I'm being extra vigilant with my diet and cardio, can't be looking puffy and bloated on the wedding day. Plus, I have off the week before and plan on doing nothing buy lifting and laying by the pool while the girls get things ready.

Long Term Goal: To make consistent gains for as long as possible. I know it's kind of vague, but I'll probably never compete or anything. I love to lift, and I love the science behind supplements. So just being around working out and reading is about as much of a goal as I have. That and making women swoon when I take off my shirt.

Prescription/Recreational drugs: None

Supplement history: (the beginning is embarrassing but here goes) cell-tech, nitro-tech, M1T (useless because I didn't know what it was and diet and training weren't good) GAKIC, Hydroxycut. More recently: Green Bulge, Bulk CEE, PCn, 6-MU, Xceed, Xtend, Glycergrow, Multi's, Fish Oils and such, and that's about it.

If not, I totally understand. I don't want to be greedy. I plan to test ECDY next somehow, someway.

Also, do you have a quick list of hyperlinks to all of Anagen logs from the run you did a couple months ago? If so, please let me know, I want to check them all out.

Lastly, any known sides from taking ECDY that you are ware of. Sorry for the questions, I am VERY interested in ECDY, and any other product that can enhance protein synthesis for that matter. :)

Chances are you would have to wait a little longer than that. TTA doesn't clear the cell the day you stop taking it. I'd say a good 2 weeks is probably a decent estimate post MP.

Training experience: 4 years of lifting. I have been pretty serious into bodybuilding for about 2 years and I just got my diet dialed in about 6 months ago and started seeing much better results. I have done some Mixed Martial Arts training as well. I went from being extremely overweight at 192 pounds to wher I'm at now which is a lean ~185 pounds. I estimate that my bodyfat is close to 12% or below and I am as lean as I've ever been. In the last 4 years, my weight has been all over the place. I have done extreme bulks, extreme cuts, lean bulks. Now, I finally have gotten pretty lean with decent size and at this point, my goal is to lean out the last bit and maintain the bodyfat while slowly adding lean mass (which leads to my long term goal).

Training Schedule/Protocol: As of now, I am on a 5 day split: Chest, Back, Shoulders/Abs, Traps/Arms, Legs.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol: No cardio right now...but I hit the gym frequently for weights and have a very clean diet.

Current supplements: Sesamin, Retain, Multi, CEE/Taurine/AAKG workout mix

Current Diet: My diet is right around maitenance as I am trying to lean out the last bit without losing ANY muscle. I do not track exact cals but it is generally a 40/40/20 split with lots of lean meat, veggies, oats, etc.

Short Term Goal: To lean out the last bit of my 6-pack so I look nice and shredded for summer.

Long Term Goal: 195-200lbs. at sub-10% bodyfat

Prescription/Recreational drugs: None

Supplement history: I have tried it all. I have been a tester for several fatloss products and have tried all the big thermogenics like Stim X, EC stack, Scorch, Thermorexin, etc, etc. I have also used several types of creatine, X-Factor, Product X and several other supplements.

Reason we should select you: I have been very interested in both of these products. I have tried supplements that attack fatloss from all different ways including clenbuterol, stimulants, non-stimulants like sesamin and cortisol surpressors like Retain. I have also tried several products that compete with Anagen like X-Factor, Product X and different types of creatines. This makes me a good candidate to compare and contrast the effects of these products to its competitors. I have not done a log in some time now but I have lots of experience with them and have several very detailed logs and reviews here at bb.com, where I have been a member for over 2 years. Also, my diet is consistent and clean which is a big variable in the success of supplements. I am very in-tune with my body and would love to give some unbiased feedback for these products!

Usually train from 45mins - 1hr. 3 sets per routine, 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps. 15 sets total.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday - Low intensity caridio for 30 minutes on treadmill at an incline of 9 and quick walking pace of 3.0mph.

Current supplements: Universal Storm, ON Whey, SciVation Xtend, Higher Power Multi, ON Fish Oil. About to start MAN Vaporize and ON CLA.

Current Diet: Very strict and on a budget.
Meal 1 - 4 Eggs, 2 pieces whole grain bread
Meal 2 - 1 can low sodium tuna, 2 pieces whole grain bread, 1 banana
Meal 3 - 8oz Chicken Breast, broccoli or other vegetable

Edit: I just read the reviews, and there was some very positive feedback given. I believe that genetics have been my ONLY enemy in terms of gains. ECDY may be the answer because I refuse to use test boosters and/or pro-hormones. :)

Training experience: Off and on for 14 years. Cybergenics and 5x5 are the regimented programs I've done.

Training Schedule/Protocol: Today, I rotate between heavy and volume training days. I workout first thing in the morning 4 or 5 days a week.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol: 1 - 2 times a week. Low intensity treadmill or bike.

Current supplements: Alcar, na-rala, l-tyrosine, caffeine, bacopa, ashwagandha, Now Adam, fish oil

Current Diet: Carb Cycling. 3 no, 1 low, 3 high. Planning on the "Cut Diet" when you guys release it.

Short Term Goal: Go from 15% to 10%

Long Term Goal: Gain 10 pounds lbm after this cutting period and then compete in my first competition around this time next year.

Prescription/Recreational drugs: Nothing. I'll be going camping at the end of the month for two days and there will be a lot of grilled meat and Coors light being consumed.

Supplement history: Yikes, Cybergenics was my first introduction to supplements back in 92. From there we have in no particular order: creatine mono, cee, hmb, glutamine, bcaa's, 1 cycle 1-AD, tribulus, ephedrine, REM, Sesalean, sesamin, and zma.

Reason we should select you: I'm experienced enough to know how much progress is attainable for me with my current diet and workout schedule. I work from home and do not have a wife or kids that can limit my diet, training, focus, or ability to have a great log that runs to completion. I also think a log combining these two products along with Chucks diet would provide one hell of a selling point when the book comes out as long as all goes well!

Training experience (as much detail as possible): 7 years general training, last 3 years have been very dedicated with a sound workout plan and an extremely dedicated diet.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): 3days/week. 5x5 variation. lots of squats, bench, and dead lifts. one day a week i do weight pulls ups, one day tricep specific exercise, and one day abs.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): 15min, low intensity, 3 times a week, usually on stationary bicycle (easier on my knees).

Current Supplements (exact brand/product name): on 100% whey protien, CL glycergrow, NOW adam multi, solgar Fish oil.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): extremely clean eater. 275grams of protein per day (85 of that from shakes), 400 grams carbs (mostly from oats), and about 100-120 grams of fat (from oils, meats and eggs, and fish oil supp).


Current Daily water intake: minimum 1.5 gallons per day.

Short Term Goal: bulk up to around 180

Long Term Goal: be a lean 195

I really like the way companys allow members to do this, and i think it gives great opportunitys to lifters! Thanks a lot scivation!


Age: 18 and a half.

Sex: Male

Height: 5`1.. Yes i know, very short haha. I broke my growth plates when i was 14 playing ice hockey. Havnt grown since, and the orthopedic told me i am done growing.

Weight: 188.8 pounds

Bodytype: Mesomorph

Training experience: I started training at the early age of 13 years old. I lifted just about everyday when i first started off, but my freshman year of HS, i started going to bodybuilding competitions, talking to competitors and trainers. I learned the ropes so to say, and changed my routine around greatly, to 3 days on, 1 day off. About 6 months into my freshman year, is when i had a clean bulking diet directed twards me, which I took full force to. About a year from then, is when i started a true bulking cycle. Twards the end of my high school career, I got a really strict bulking diet which is the basis of my diet now. I do all the big lifts, Deadlift, squat and bench. I do all my lifts heavy, but never do any sort of powerlifting workouts, its always bodybuilding workouts. Over the years, i have incorporated many pyrimids and supersets, but learned myself that i do not respond to drop sets. I love training, and theres not one thing that could keep me away from it, the feeling of being in there is just amazing.

Training Schedule/Protocol: Right now, i do a 3 days on, 1 day off. I use to lift mon, tues, thur, fri. But i soon came to realize how stupid that is. I was getting way to much rest on the weekend, and since i eat a high calorie diet, i was recoverying so quickly, that i i realized i could train more often. I now use this 3 day on, 1 day off schedule.
Day 1- Quads, Calves, Biceps
Day 2- Rear Delts, Chest, Abs
Day 3- Back, Hamstrings, Biceps, Calves
Day 4- Front Delts, Lateral Delts, Triceps, Abs
I wont train a muscle group if there sore tho. If its stil sore from a previous direct or indirect workout, then i will hold off on that exercise or muscle group. Depending on how i feel.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol: As i am bulking, i do not incorporate much cardio at all into my schedule. I will be starting in about a week, adding in 3 days a week, of 15 min cardio just to keep my bodily systems in healthy function.

-Sesamin (Log will be over in i beleive 4 days from today)

Current Diet: My diet right now is close to a 4000 calorie diet. It is broken down into my macros of, 320gms of protein, 500gms of carbs, 90gms of fats. I eat a lot of carbs in the early parts of the day, and as the time rolls by, the carbs get less and less, as my fats increase.

Short Term Goal: Keep gaining size, weight, muscle, and to continously stay happy and possitive as i strive for sucess.

Long Term Goal: To become a national NPC Competitor, and obtain my pro card. If i dont suceed at that, my goal is to never end my career until i no i've done everything i can, and made the biggest impact on the sport as i possibly can do.

Reason we should select you: Why you guys should select me. Well, first off, i would like to say, i no your job of selecting people isnt easy, so im not going to list all the basic reasons that everybody will list, like im respectable, i no what i gota do, i wana do it etc. I feel like you guys should select me, because when i do complete a log, i do it to its fullest potential. Updating and checking up every few hours. I stay on topic with my logs, by giving all the nessisary information as well as overacheiving information. I also like to get off topic, answering any questions that may give the readers a better understanding of who i am, what im about, and what i like to do. That is why i feel you should pick me to do a log for your products. Now for the reasons of why i should use these products. First off, i have used No2's, and i feel as if they are crap. They give no real bennifit. I have used creatine mono, and i blow up off of it, but as you guys know, you'll just loose it. I have used x-factor/activate in the past and loved it, had great gains and a great experience but that was one hell of an expensive stack. I did put on some bodyfat from that. So then as i continued to bulk, i have been using melting point/sesamin and doing that log for your company. I have been leaning out a slight been, gaining little weight but not gaining any bodyfat, what im really happy for. Now i realize i cant stay the same size, and be competitive. I have to gain size. If anagen will help me gain size, and Lipid FX will help minimize bodyfat, they doesnt fit into what im trying to do, any more perfectly. That is why i feel you should pick me. I am very dedicated, i love to do logs, i take them very seriously, i can post pics whenever wanted, and i really care about the company when i do this. If there going to give us the opportunity, that you'd be damned if im not going to do everything they ask.

Reason we should pick you: As you can tell from a previous log below entitled, "HalleluYAH's Bulk/Cut Supplement Experiment", I have long been intrigued withy the idea of gaining lean mass while siumltaneously cutting. I believe a high workout intensity combined with increasing rate of protein synthesis by taking Anagen would help make lean gains. LipidFX on the other hand, would allow me to continue with TTA, while adding additional fatty acids to further increase lipolytic effects FAs can have.

Also, being that I am a natural ecto/hardgainer, ECDY may be exactly what I need to get over the hump in terms of lean gains. :)

This scivation log looks pretty damn good. I remember when anagen was about to come out, i would sit on the computer reading all about it. I just never got around to using it. Seems like a great product. Im loving scivations sesamin! Its just going to be gone to soon:(!

Current Diet: keeping calories around 2700 right now tapering slowly for show -- protien 45%, carbs 40% and fat 15%

Short Term Goal:drop fat and get definition

Long Term Goal:Gain another 20 lbs of muscle and show weight would be 195

Prescription/Recreational drugs:none- although I have degenerative disc disease and hip displasia, I have had reconstructive surgery on my back which included a double fusion to my tailbone. Occasionally I will take Aleve or Tylonal for pain. the harder I work out- the less I need it.

Supplement history: Tried NoXplode, CellMass, Gakic, different whey protiens.

Location: Coos Bay, Oregon USA

Training Schedule/Protocol: One body part/week = 5 lifts per week. All exercises to failure.....everytime. Hey...it works for me

Cardio Schedule/Protocol: 45mins low intensity post-workout on training days. 1.5 hrs/2 on non-training days.

Current supplements: Scivation Sesamin, DS Melting Point, USP cAMPhibolic, CEE, BCAAs, ON Whey

Current Diet: Low carbohydrates with a refeed on wednesdays and Saturdays. Low carb days consist of a near 50:50 protein:fat, while refeeds consist of about 1g/lb of bodyweight carbs, around 230g protein, and minimal fat

Short Term Goal: Get back down to sub 6%BF again like last summer. Im currently about 8, perhaps less. Havent caliper'd myself lately

Long Term Goal: I have a very rigorous schedule during the school year consisting of me sitting in the library for upwards of 10hrs a day. Id like to maintain as low a BF as possible year round while hopefully adding, or at the very least, maintaining the mass that I do have.

Prescription/Recreational drugs: None

Supplement history: Tried most things at least once. The current list is the list I run with most of the time. I did hit Phera-Plex one time last year, and I have another two bottles for sometime this year. Otherwise, Im pretty sparing with what goes in.

Training and Experience:

I've been lifting and working out since I was 14 years old. I’ve played sports my while life: Football and baseball throughout HS with a solid lifting regime. I’ve tried plenty of methods, including, WSBB, DC, Max-OT, 5x5, and I like my own regime the best. I do as many reps as I want to do, usually 6-8, and as many sets as I want until I feel good about it.

Cardio:

I don’t really do planned cardio often. Sometimes late at night I just get in the mood to go for a run, and I go for a run. Sometimes when I get angry, I decide to go to do a boxing circuit cardio thing I made up. It all depends on how I feel on a certain day with what kind of cardio I would be doing.

Current Diet:

I eat between 5-7 meals per day. Right now I'm aiming for around 2000-2300 calories per day. I eat clean 5-6 days per week. I log everything I eat. I eat basically this: Grilled Chicken, tuna, peanut butter, wheat bread, apples, bananas, sun chips, and baked lays. Sometimes grilled chicken sandwiches when I go out to eat on the weekends. I have a solid grasp on my appetite and it really doesn’t pahse me to go into a cal deficit or a cal surplus, it’s all just as easy for me.

Water Intake:

At least 2.0 gallons per day.

Short-term Goal:

Less than 11%BF @ whatever weight it takes.

Long-term Goal:

Less than 10%BF @ 215lbs. or more.

Yeah, i am taking anagen and i noticid bf decreasing but lean mass adding. I am tracking my BF % coz i have been Bulking for 1 yer now and when it changes i see it straight away.
But w3ith Fat burner this product will be even stronger.

Got mine as well, I will start mine 06/26/2006 I pulled a muscle in my right leg and can hardly walk right now so i have to wait until i am all healed up. Its beenb 3 days and hurts like hell.

leg is feeling allot better, compared to tuesday anyways. still hurts to walk, leg feels like jello. i will start my log on monday the 26th as planned. i am currently 220lbs my goal is to get down to 200, hopefully 198ish. i havent seen that weight in YEARS. lol Once finished i will go back on my clean bulk and try to add as much clean muscle as i can and train for a 405lb bench.
