what would be a good diet. im an ecto weighing at 130 lbs. name foods and everything thank you.

umm you need to make sure you get enough calories and at the very leat your bodt weight in protein. some good foods would be milk, chicken, beef, eggs, yogurt, whole grains, rice, peanut butter, WATER, whey protein, cottage cheese, most pieces of flesh(meats), fish all that good stuff....basically you need to eat as much as you can, but split it up into 5-8 meals. this helps it to absorb and be spread out throughout the day.

Whey protein is a good source of protein but it really should only be taken after a workout or when oyu can't get enoug protein from real foods. whenever possible get your nutrients from real foods. drink lots of water. shoot for a gallon and see how that goes. PM me if you have any mroe questions
