Yes I hate it too, but... I'm attempting to shed my winter coat, while maintaining some muscle. I have time to workout once a day- in the morning.

Should I do cardio before/after weight training? At what intensity should that cardio session be? And of course, duration.

well if you can try and do cardio in the morning on a empty stomach...then workout later in the day..but if you cant i would do it before you workout...how many days a week do you workout? if its like 4 or something go the other days and do some hardcore cardio.

Can Anybody in here help me out?? I want to know what can I do to lose some pounds, i'm not in a hurry i just wanna be happy with my results, i recently started dieting..Right now im just concentrating on cardio, which is treadmill and the excercise bike.is that enough? Oh yeah im also taking xenadrine and i actually stopped eating completly for a week, but was told it wasnt healthy so i just need help on what type of diet food to eat..Thanks
