I just bought a loaf today, and my grocery store had it in the frozen section. I assume it doesn't have to be frozed. Does it?

no, but since it has no preservatives, it grows mold really quickly, so if you arent going to use it up really quick, i recommend freezing it.

Two days after I bought a loaf, it was growing mold-- great bread, but it should be refrigerated unless you'll use it in three days or less.

Mine stays in the fridge for a week just fine.
