Here are my stats.

I am 6'2"
190 lbs.

Bodyfat%- ?? Probably 12%

Waistline- 35.5 inches. Goal 32.5 inches

Not trying to get big, just super ripped.

I like my symetry, and weight. I would just like to lose all my belly fat and keep my current strength.

Ok. I'm off to the gym now. Took an E/C pill, and Im going to go as far as I can on the elliptical in an hour to guage where Im at.
I havent done and cardio outside of work in about 6 months, so here we go.

Did 30 min at 120-150 bpm. Says I burned about 350 calories.

Went upstairs and did barbell curls.

Maxed out at 80 lb barball for 7 reps. 3 sets.
