Hi fellow bodybuilding forumers,

Got a few woes with regards to my diet.

A small summary about my background. I'm from asia and hence my proteins / carbs are mostly from chinese type of food.

Lately, I realised I have been eating more then usual. I still try to keep my diet as clean as possible but I notice that my food in-take has doubled and I'm really worried about getting "FAT" cause of my increased intake in food.

My meals are :

Morning
6 egg whites
1 or 2 ham sandwich (no spreads)
cup of coffee

Mid Morning
Bean curd (chinese style)

Lunch (this is where the increase in food gets)
Previously it was
1)very small helping of rice
2)Lots of Tofu
3)Either chicken or fish
4)1 Egg white
5)Soy milk

But now
1)very small helping of rice
2)Lots of Tofu
3)Either chicken or fish
4)1 Egg white
5)Soy milk

AND
1)another chicken sandwich
OR
2)A bowl full of tofu and 2 egg white

Mid afternoon
Bean curd (chinese style)

Dinner
Steam chicken/beef/fish
Steam tofu
steam vegs

I'm also taking CLA ...So guys, am I in danger of over-eating?? I don't wish to have my hard work @ the gym go to waste... Please slap me with feedbacks... if its true i'm over eating, SLAP me harder for me to wake up...pls

your eating just fine .
