Im at 195lb, and am currently somewhere around 25% body fat. I am a marine stationed at camp pendleton so 6 days a week at 7:30 i do mostly high intensisty cardio with some pull up pushups etc... Unfortunaly their isnt much time for the gym. My main goal is to get around 10-15% body fat and then start trying to bulk. Does this diet and exercise plan look pretty good? Am i eating enough KCal? Any suggestions or feedback would be alot of help im pretty new to this.
