Hello bodybuilding.com i am new here so im looking to start of good.

Im looking to drop 30 pounds by summer i am 5'9 and weigh 184 what diets and exercises should i be doing? i have a la fitness down the street from me so i can go there for everything i need.

i want to drop 30 pounds fast as possible in a HEALTHY way.

what foods should i be eating daily?

what should i be eating in the morning, lunch, and dinner?

I am a very dedicated person so i will try all i can not to cheat the diet.

At my la fitness there is a wide variety of workout excercise equipments which types of equipments should i use because i have no idea what most of them are called.

how long should i be on each exercise equipment ? like the tread mill etc.?

help is appreciated so i will do all i can to lose weight my mom has agreed to buy me the necessary foods and stuff to help my diet.
