Yea of course it contains fats, OMEGA FATS, eat the stomach part of the fish,that's where the FATS is (HMMM GOOOD!!!!), where the black stuff of the fish is.....

Most fish contain fats, at least enough fat to be considered fat by the FDA. As mentioned, fish also contain omega fatty acids, which are very good for you. The only thing you might want to watch out for is eating large predatory fish, since they tend to contain the most mercury. It's still safe to eat them, but smaller fish like snapper, grouper, halibut, and flounder have much less traces of it.

Yes fish contains fat. And go figure, the fish that are best to eat contain the highest amounts of saturated fats compared to other fish.
