Hey guys I need help, I want to lose 20-30 lbs by June 22nd.. is this possible? Im 170 now... any meal plans available? ANYTHING... THE HELP is appreciated... =)

Its not at all possible unless you go on a starvation diet and/or get liposuction.

At your weight, unless you are under 4 feet tall, you are going to lose a drastic amount of muscle trying to lose that much fat in such a short period of time.

A realistic goal for you would be more like losing 10lbs of fat in the next 5 weeks... Try for that and you will probably end up looking a lot better than if you starved yourself to lose 20.

in terms of a workout. check out www.t-nation.com and look up the author chad waterbury. he has excellent fat loss routines and articles.

Are you trying to make weight for something? If so, you may be able to do it since you can shed a great deal of water in a short period of time. If you're hoping to look better, on the other hand, you need to changes your goals. There's no way you can lose that much *fat* in such a short period of time without surgery, drugs, or both.
