Breakfast: 1 large egg, 3 egg whites, 2 whole-wheat slices bread, 1 tomato, 1 green pepper, 1/2 cup OJ

Snack:8 oz low-fat yogurt, 1 orange

Lunch: 2 whole-wheat slices bread with 2 slices turkey, 1 cup 1 % milk, 1 apple

snack: 1 oz almonds and 1 oz raisins

Dinner: 1 cup 1% milk, 2 tsp Peanut butter (all natural), 2 tablespoon yogurt, 1 scoop on whey powder, 3/4 cup instant oatmeal

Snack:1 stick string cheese, raw veggies

I try to drink at least 1 gallon water a day. I am 5'7 weigh 175, and I have a 34 and 1/2 inch waist. I am looking to loose some weight. I do lifting 3x a week, 3x a week HIIT training, and Abs 3x a week. So am I okay with this diet or any major changes. I also take Multi vitamin and cla, and LIPO 6

Dude, that looks like a horrible diet!!

I'd love to rip it to shreds, but you need to point out when you're going to be working out in those meals.

I can tell you now, it is too high in carbs, not high enough in REAL proteins....

I wrote a reply, but I had to erase it, because it is pointless without knowing when you're working out.

Your workouts sound good, though. HIIT is fantastic. The frequency of your lifts are very good, too.
