Good...if you're trying to commit suicide by coronary blockage or obesity.

Yeah, they're great...if you enjoy eating 5 days worth of carbs in one sitting.

One chicken burrito has about 1200 calories and a lot of saturated fat. If that's what you want go for it. They definitely taste good, but I wouldn't call it healthy.

Good for the taste buds, bad for the heart and the waist.

Great for a cheat meal! ;)

When I do go there, which is hardly ever, I get the chicken with beans, onions, peppers and salsa. Thats it. No guacamole, rice, sour cream or cheese.

If you google it there is an online calculator that will give you your caloric intake for the burrito. It will let you customize the ingredients and even customize the ammount of ingredients in it. They aren't that bad if you are bulking, especially if you split it up into two servings.

Their older one was better.

I get the vegetarian. It only comes to ~750 cals.

Healthy, no. Enjoy them in moderation - they won't kill you. If you are pounding them down everyday for lunch...then that should be something you should avoid.

What amazes me is how dense the tortilla is. You could save 350calories and 54 carbs just by buying those low-carb, low calorie soft tortillas and go home and wrap the chipotle in that instead.

Post workout is when I try to consume these things. Saturated fats are great for muscle growth (you just dont want to consume too much saturated fats regularily) - and the carbs and protein are nice :)
