ok...so uhm...i love eggs, but eating so many whites has gotten to me. So I decided to make some egg salad to mix it up a little bit.

Now, i usually use FitDay to calculate my #'s, and was wondering if there's any real way to tell what nutrients (and amounts of them) you are taking in when consuming say, 1 tablespoon of eggsalad?

FitDay has egg salad listed, but obviously, the #'s won't be the same since I am using fat free mayo, and only 1.5tbsp of mustard to make mine...So should I just suck it up and guestimate? or...? or am I just being a pain in the ass ;)

Take each ingredient and put it into fitday via the add custom food. That way you can insure you are getting as close to exact as possible since there are so many variations of food.

well what i was talking about was the fact that there's no way to guarantee how much egg white, egg yolk or mayo would be in each tablespoon full since there's no consistency to egg salad...some chunks are big, some are small etc.

i guess i'll do that, in which case i can get a close enough number
