How much change should one make to his diet if he is working at a desk? I have started a job similar to this and I cut back on carbs and protein. I wasn't trying to lose weight but I have lost 10 lbs. since I started the job. I want to but on more muscle but if I work at a desk all day won't it slow my metabolism and growth process?

Second, how many egg white and whole eggs should someone eat in the morning?

egg whites: it depends. if i have eggs for breakfast, i eat 4 egg whites and 1 egg. just as long as you don't go over ur daily caloric limit, u're fine.

sitting down all the time: i don't think it's gonna affect u in growth. it's not going to slow ur metabolism down. u just wont' be burning as manycalories as opposed to a guy who's in construction using a sledge hammer or picking stuff up all the time.

yea dont worry about no desk job... im sure some people spend over 8 hours a day on these forums alone....

So how does this look for someone who works at a desk and wants to put on mass:

Breakfast (after 30 min cardio): 7 eggs(5 white, 2 whole), one cup oatmeal, 1 banana, fish pill.

Mid-morning snack: Not sure about this one. Would a Perfect Zone protein bar, a tuna sandwich, or cottage cheese and a baked potato work?

Lunch: 2 chicken breasts, vegetables, 1 cup brown rice, fish pill.

Pre-workout: 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup grounded oats.

Post-workout: 2 scoops whey, 1/3 cup dextrose.

Dinner: 2 chicken breasts, vegetables, sweet potato, fish pill

Bedtime: 1 scoop casein, 2 cups skim milk, 2 tbsp. flaxseed oil.
