fat free or lowfat
fatfree=more sugar
lowfat=1.5grm fat and only 4 grams sugar!

So is lowfat a better deal?

I use lowfat, it's easier to find in large quantities (3# tubs). It also tastes better than the fatfree.

Depends.. you didn't list how many sugars (this would be lactose sugars, btw from the dairy) that are in the non-fat

Personally, if its really a huge difference, go with low-fat IF your eating before bed.

I eat Alta Delta NON-Fat CC with only 4g sugars (4g carbs) per serving.

check the ingredient list. unless it has added sugars, the sugar in it should be lactose. either way sugar is sugar...but then again it is only a few grams. eat whichever tastes better. if they both taste the same, then eat the one with the most protein/least calories. and just run an extra 5 minutes if you're worried about the extra calories lol
