Hey,

First of all, why do you wait 2 pm before eating complex carbs ?

You should have more carbs at breakfast and close to your workout.

I also noted you eat most of your carbs at night. If you wanna lean out so make the opposite.

Otherwise, add complex carbs in meal 1, 2, 3 and ditch the bread in the last meal for good fats

Personally, I would take either a lean protein shake or some BCAA before doing cardio in the early morning in order to prevent catabolism, but I think people feel different ways about that.

STOP with the empty stomach cardio.

Yes, it burns more fat than non-empty stomach cardio, but the drawbacks are far too many.

I made changes based on the comments. I also forgot that I had a bowl of oatmeal in the AM with the egg whites.

As far as cardio on an empty stomach..I have a slow digestive system and the only other time I can do cardio is at night ...late.. I cant ever find a time far enough away from another meal coming or one just finished to run for 45 minutes... I am going to try this routine. I changed my first shake to 0500 hours...then cardio at 0600. I have to leave my house by 0710 to make it to work on time.
