Sounds okay. Wouldn't it be cheaper to cook up a lot of chicken breasts at once and just freeze them? I do it once a week for the entire week. That doesnt look too bad though.

To be honest, no it wouldn't be cheaper...

A bag of 20 servings costs 11 dollars....


Its really convenient for me because of my school and work schedule....

tyson mesquite/terriyaki chicken breasts are crap and ill tell you why.

a) they have tons of sodium

b) lots of preservatives

c) check the ingredients i believe there is "hydrogenated oil" in there = no no

d) for the amount of calories in each breast, they only supply 17grams of protein, you can get more protein from less calories from whole 'real' chicken breasts or turkey

the only advantage i can think of to buy those is they are cheap and convenient
