1 1/4 cups plain cake flour (5 ounces)
1/2 teaspoon table salt
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
6 ounces unsweetened chocolate , chopped fine
12 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 1/2 sticks), cut into six 1-inch pieces
2 1/4 cups sugar (15 3/4 ounces)
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

can you add protein powder anywhere in place of anything

1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, unsweetened =
3 tablespoons cocoa powder plus 1 tablespoon fat (use fat free or something?)
will that substituion work?

My guess would be the flour, because it usually is there for mass. But I'm no cordon bleu either.

When I've made chocolate-chocolate-chip cookies I replaced some of the flour in a standard cookie recipe with cocoa powder since the flour just bulks it up.

found something called almond flour little carbs good fats, not sure if it would substitute?

what ratio do you use?

soo much butter :( perhaps wholemeal or oat flour instead of plain? almond might be ok, im not sure.

maybe the salt could go for some protein?

it may be easier to just find a healthy recipe of someone else, saves u guessing - there is heaps out there - or dont go brownie's, make some protein bars, there is 1million recipes for these.
