Weight: 238 LB
Age: 14
BF%: 20-28% (Guessing around 25-26%)

In Bantam league football not in highschool.
AMERICAN FOOTBALL.

Everyday activites:
(School lunch)Football: 1 hour.
(School)P.E: 30-1hour(20 Pushups,40 Crunches,10 Wind sprints 20m, Badminton)
Walking to school: 10minutes

Monday:
Weight lifting 45-1hour.
20Minute cardio.

Tuesday:
20minute cardio.

Wensday:
Weight lifting 45-1hour.
20Minute cardio.

Thursday:
20minute cardio.

Friday:
Weight lifting 45-1hour.
20Minute cardio.

Saturday:
40Minute cardio, or walking around town.

Sunday:
Relaxing day.

My current meal plan's Protein/Carb/Fat intake:

I roughly need 2800 Calories a day to maintain myself, so my plan would be bulking. Still I want your thoughts on my meal plan if it is cutting or bulking.

IMPORTANT QUESTION:
What is more effective cutting for 4 months at:

Or bulking for 4 months at: (For football strength)

dude... it's pretty simple. if u're really 25%, u're considerred OBESE. actually if u're over 20%, u're still obese . what should obese people do? lose weight!
