How is this stuff for you? Pemmican beef jerky has 25 g's of protein and only 2 grams of fat. Do u think this stuff is a good snack?

it depends whether or not this will make u go over ur caloric limit for the day. if u are cutting, do the math. if u are bulking, who cares.
either way, beef jerky usually is loaded with sodium, which isn't exactly a good thing, but once in a while wouldn't hurt.

ya it is a great snack......most people would defend eating their m&m's everyday, and you are asking if beef jerky is okay......haha, thats cool.....you might want to combine it with some carbs though, if your trying to bulk.

Hey I love pemmican, that's a great choice. It's also low carb so you don't have to worry about it affecting your diet too much. Beef jerky is a great high protein snack, but just make sure you're still drinking lots of water to make up for the high sodium content!

I agree. There are better more healthy ways to get your protein in. But eating it once in a blue moon wouldn't kill anyone.

Are there any brands of beef jerky that are somewhat low in the sodium catagory?
