Oh ****!!! I feel SOOO guilty now, I thought they were baked or something, now i'm just going to dump the whole pack in the garbage :( .

They are baked, but check the ingredients.

Most will have:
Enriched Flour
Hydrogenated Oils

You don't read labels?

If you're cutting you should be zealous when it comes to checking labels on what you buy/eat.

I hate that when they tell you to go look it up.

Well, lesson learned. Sesame sticks = no good.
