This is quite possibly the greatest discovery, it's made my prep about 20 times easier to handle.

5 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp splenda (not the packet type)
1 tbsp Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate Dip

Combine all of this in a magic bullet (or food processor). Blend until all the cinnamon is pulled off the side of cup (about 20 seconds).
Spray pre-heated pan with non-stick spray. Careful to flip it because it is a bit liquidy, i pick it up with a spatula, and let some of it run off onto the pan before turning it over. Top with Walden Farms Calorie Free Syrup and enjoy! It tastes like a very soft and fluffy chocolately pancake. On my re-feed days i add 1/2 cup of oats, it mostly adds to the texture but still tastes amazing, especially 13 weeks into dieting!

is there a way of doing carb free pancakes but with Protein Powder (Optimum whey 100%) instead?

eggs get expensive. Its like 1-2GBP for a dozen.

What do you pay for protein powder? Eggs are WAY cheaper than whey for me here in the states.

we pay like 1.5GBP for a dozen, here...
Get them in larger doses... I get my eggs by the 30... $5 (or 2.5GBP).. and I buy 2-3 of those packs every time I do groceries. :p

I'm gonna try this on the weekend... something different to have :D

Someone already posted a recipe for pancakes using muscle milk in another thread. I haven't tried it yet but this is definitely something I will have when I start keto.

30 Barn Eggs in the UK (can be bought in ASDA/Tescos) are about 2.5GBP

Whey is about 30GBP ($60) for 2.3kg/5lb
Casein is about 20GBP for 908g /2.5lb
