My stats are:
Weight: 79kg (173lbs)
Height: 180cm (about 6 feet)
Age: 18
BF=18-19%

Dailiy needs in Kcals = 2836

Now i don't know how much % protein,carb,fat should i have.
One told me in the beginning of the cutting to go without any deficit:

3*80(my weight)= 240gr protein
1*80(my weight)= 80 gr fat
and the rest from carbs

So we have 240*4+80*4=1680
2836-1680=1156kcals/4=289gr from carbs

What do you think?

PS:When i am ok with amounts of protein, fat, carbs i will post a daily program

I was kinda expecting something different from this post, but it really depends on what kind of cutting diet you want to go on. There's a bunch of different ones out there that varies in protein/carb/fat %'s. One thing I will say is you will want to keep your fat % at atleast 20%. Other than that you can go where you'd like but if you were to post an example of what your diet will look like (food wise) I would be able to help you out more. =)

Read that. Then give us a diet to work off of.

looks good. Keep ur protein intake up. don't get caught up in the yo-yo dieting which many people find after one week. This is due to the fact that they havn't lost the 10 lbs they were wanting lol....What I do is find my caloric needs..(3000) and then cycle them, never trying to keep my calories the same everyday. I want to try and keep my body guessing. Off days I usually cut the carbs to about 25% and fats to 20% and keep protein around 40% which means yes, I am usually below 2000 calories. I have found it is working. I am in a 3 week cut now and I have lost 9 lbs thus far. I am aiming to lose 2-3 lbs a week.

Keep your goals small, I've found this helps a lot! Never want to find yourself aiming to far down the road, you will come up short.

I'm not really sure the theory on not creating the cal deficit right away?? But I would forget that, unless your diet was comple kaka, then the deficit will lose the fat. If your diet was kaka then, obviously you'll lose wait without creating the deficit...
