guys im cutting on 200carbs 150prot and around 65 fat for a total of 2000cals, my stats are 80kg, 173cm, 18-19% body fat. goal is cutting to 64-65kg until 1 august.

my question is will it be better to separate the 200gr cottage cheese which im eating now before training to 2 servings of 100gr each and put it before and after training meal. with some carbs for example ? thus i will be able to hit 5 meals per day. im not using any supplements like protein shakes and stuff thats why the most convenient protein source for me which does not require any processing is cottege cheese.

what do u think ?

i would spread it out if you could. should be easier on your metabolism.

ok thanks man i will separate it but 2 times per day, and every serving taken liek 2 hours one from each other is ok then ?
