for some reason I have become concious of my backside and upper thighs because they feel really fatty at the moment

any suggestions of how to get rid of this?

I assumed running but to no avail

Im cutting as it is but dont know whether I should include excercises for my ass, plus any suggestions?

Squats will tighten those areas by increasing the amount of muscle underneath.

Just burn more fat and those areas will tighten up more also. (cardio)
