I go to Chipotle a lot and i think that those burritos are really good if your bulking. Its all quality ingredients and high in protein. Anyone disagree or agree? evidence to back up claims would be nice too!

Read the facts on it. A standard burrito (the brick sized ones) is more than 2k+ calories. High protein or not, that is still a TON of calories to eat in one meal.

yep, lose the tortilla and its an amazing meal

plus the meat is high quality - i think the pork is even organic or close to it..

all their ingredients are fresh and clean... very little processing and crap in em

yep. only possible knock against it is salt content. but geez when you look at fast food these days its clearly the best stuff out there. and from mcdonalds no less. who woulda thought?

yeah chipotle's only fault is their portion size and outrageous sodium dosing.

It is, however, about as clean as fast food gets. If you can eat half the burrito and save the other half for another meal, you are set. The tortilla could be given up, but I love the novelty of eating a burrito and pouring salsa on each layer

their chicken is a little denser than you think. they marinate it first which adds some cals and fat. according to chipotle fan, 4oz of chicken is around ~200 cals and 11g of fat, so your meal is running a little closer to ~750-800 with rice.
