Ok, I have chicken I pan fried from 2 weeks ago in the fridge. I was wondering if it's healthy to eat it. I used to vegetable oil and pan fried it, but was worried it's fattening. Is it ok to eat it?

I wouldnt eat anything that was two weeks old

I wouldnt go past 5 days myself, but thats just me

I'd not eat anything more than 5 days, that's my limit.

And if I wasn't sure, I'd toss it.

Unless its in the freezer, don't eat it.
