Lets say that you are out with friends and you have barely any choice of clean foods and you go out to a fast food restaurant (taco bell).

what do you do?

Eat dirty? or skip a meal?

I ate..

If I am out with friends and there are no other clean alternatives, I would eat too. I think Taco Bell now has some low fat alternatives but have yet to try them.

Just eat lol **** the alternatives it's not like you're eating there everyday, when i got out to dinner i always think of it as a time to do a little bit of cheating.

Most places do offer a fairly healthy alternative. I'm not as familiar with Taco Bell's menu, though.

I think that if you get a chicken soft taco that would be prety good (if you wanted to eat clean). I think that there is also something called 'fiesta style' that makes it better for you. Crap, now I have to look that up.

Na, it's fresco style. They're lower fat, it's been out for years. It's usually like no sour cream and no cheese. Not a bad alternative. Tastes fine.

skip, meal timing is not that paramount. You can eat more later. Next time plan ahead.

That being said, don't avoid your friends and going out, maybe have a dirty meal with them once per week. Or ask them if you guys can go somewhere that caters more to your liking.

Why would you skip a meal? If you're hungry and out with friends why sit there like a goon and not eat because you're afraid of the "dirty" food. You're basically starving yourself if you're hungry just to wait to eat something "clean". Like a soft taco is going to kill you.

I wasn't responding to what you said. I was speaking to the topic of the thread. Hence why I did not quote you.
