Nice graphs. I wonder why Lightning only had higher squat increases than Thunder+Lightning.

Because I think 2 guys did not really do squats and therefore did not increase any on the stack.

Hard to beleve this is not stirring more discussion. :scratches head: Perhaps I should make a below the belt challenge to another company...

Graphs are very interesting. The squat thing is odd but that's been explained.

How many testers were there for each?

and what was each testers beginning lift/ending lift?

anyone with a background in science knows graphs/charts are the simpliest way to create a visual representation of some great thing that doesnt really exist...

ie - one person may of went from extended period of not working out for illness/other reason to lifting and put 50lbs on their bench easily..

or someone may have been using horomones and easily added 50lbs to their bench during the log time...

The lack of given information leaves me personally wanting more fine details

Well, jdiritto you could check out my log of Lightning. It's in my sig. I posted weights used in each workout.

my previous post was mainly to help out matpal to create an ever better picture of how the testers benefited without missing some pretty important details (imo)

could throw down a table of all the testers number stats pre/post ...

Im not putting the products down in any means saying its all a visual trick with misleading graphs or anything -- im just saying their could be more details included :D

im sure its a solid stack, if i had a list of everything i want to try i would throw it on there...but the list would be too long (college budget = low purchasing power)

We started out with 6 in each group, but only 3 in the Lightning only and 4 in the stack group finished. Two more of each at BN's boards are running it now.

Hey, I'm no statistician or anything...we outlined the requirements for testing and copiled the data as best we could. I fyou would like to check out the logs directly, here is the previous post I had made on the progress reports. CLicking on the name will take you directly to their log.

Nice post Matt. Some pretty nice strength gains indicated in the graphs.

Wow, looks like Lightning treated me well. I knew I liked it, but didn't really look into the strength gains like that.

I'm still looking forward to stacking it with Thunder at a later date.

Can white blood do that?
I'm fairly impressed, kinda unbelievable.
Were these tests 2 months long?
Checked it out, it looks nice, especially for the 60 servings, but how much GMS is in there?
I get headaches from GMS, i am guessing because of the increased blood volume.
