What in your opinoins would be the best meal someone could eat at anytime of the day? The challenge is keeping it as small and simple as possible.

turkey sandwich on WG bread.



go to the supermarket and get the prepackaged deli meat. it tells you the macros PER SLICE. then put it on some WG bread and viola, easy, healthy meal. plenty of protein if you put enough slices on, plenty of cabrbs, and some fats in there too.

Grilled chicken breast, basmati rice, frozen vegetable mix, and a piece of fruit. Organic if possible. MMM MMM MMM. I make this meal 4 at a time, and put each one in tupper wear, makes it convienent that way.
