i need soem ideas for fast digesting carbs after workout. i usually eat rice but i am trying to find other stuff. i am an extomorph trying to bulk up.

Are you looking for something to put in a shake? If so, try:

-Dextrose
-Maltodextrine
-Dark Grape Juice

If you're looking for fast carbs for a meal, make sure you have that meal no more than 1 hour post-workout:

-Potato
-White Rice
-Raisins

Also, don't be afraid of fruit postworkout.

Honey
Pineapple
Banana
Mango

They are all utilised pretty quickly by the body and add a great taste to shakes. Honey, banana, vanilla whey isolate, and skim milk is excellent!

Also don't forget fat free dairy such as skim milk and fat free yoghurt. There have been many studies on the benefits of dairy postworkout! :)
