Someone please take a look at my Fitday. It is from yesterday. I pretty much eat the same foods everyday. Have the same macros and everything for the past I don't know how long. I even have reduced my cals from about 3300 down to about 3000-3100. I haven't gained weight or lost weight in a couple of weeks so that has been steady. But I've gotten like lovehandles all of a sudden, my bulk was going so well and I didn't change anything and now outta no where in the last week theres a layer of fat over my midsection. What am I doing wrong

Do I have to make a thread asking if eating McDonalds 3 times a day will helped me get some jacked fibras or something just to get an answer in this place

Now lets not get all pissy. I would help you but any answer I gave would be a complete guess based off of my very limited knowledge. Sorry

Haha sorry if that sounded pissy. I just can't seem to get an answer about this stuff and its like the third thread I've started about this issue. A thread about if soda is good to drink gets more replies then legitimate questions.

Foods look pretty clean, Also whats the pre-bed meal? if its just 1 slice of cheese you might consider adding cottage cheese. Mix in more cardio or drop cals like you did to hinder fat loss, but on bulks (depending on body chemistry) many will gain fat too. Also its kinda tough to tell what foods = how many meals ideally you should do 5-6 more frequently the better but I think you knew this.

I have breakfast, snack, PreWO, PWO shake, PWO meal, PreBed, so that is 6 "meals". Prebed is 3/4 cup of cottage cheese, 1 cup milk, and 2 tbsp PB.
