View Full Version : Timed Intervals: Essential?

I was wondering if timed eating intervals was essential in a bulking diet. I can uderstand them in a cutting i.e. you creating a caloric defecit which relies on times where you cannot eat what you want when you want it. Therefore you must time your meals so you dont over-eat. However, I am currently bulking, yet I really just eat whenever I want. I do eat very clean though.

If you want a typical day I shall give it, but any ideas on whether it is necessary for me to eat at 8, 10, 12, etc. instead of whenever I feel hungry. And trust me, I am hungry every hour.
