I've seen that many people include milk in their diet, and I've tried to do some searching to find out why (and failed). Looking at the nutritional facts of milk, I don't immediately see why it's such a good thing to drink. Could anyone clarify this please?

high quality protein with whey and casien
affordable
im pretty sure it has a medium level glycemic index

It helps me gain weight. Without it, I could easily lose 5-10 lbs in a month without any cutting or dieting efforts.

i drink milk, fat free of course and I've had awsome gains. I could gain or cut weight with it...
