I was reading about protein supplements, and wondering if this is a good plan of supplementation (note I will also be eating 3-4 day whole food meals)

I am gonna take nlarge in morning and as a snack throughout the day maybe 3-4 times. Also take a quick absorbing, expensive, protein shake right after I workout. And then a slow acting nighttime protein shake before I go to bed.

Also since I cant eat much in the morning, is a protein shake and some carbs a sufficient breakfast. Also I read to break my 50g 600 calories serving of NLARGE in half, for you waste the calories and protein if you take them all. IS that true, should I not be takeing in 50g and 600cals, but only 25 and 300, half a serving?????

You could take it at once but breaking it in half sounds like a better plan but if you are pressed for time take it all at once and you will be fine bro.
