i usually just take krogers "complete" multi vitamin/mineral. it says to take one a day so i just take one every morning. it just has all the basic stuff in it. i heard that the regular multis dont really have enough of the stuff you need so should i up it to 2 a day? 1 in morning, 1 in evening.

If I was you I'd look into a good liquid multi-vitamin. :D

there's a debate that Iron should NOT be included in your multi's because men get enough through their diet. 18mg doesn't sound like much, but maybe someone else can chime in on that amount.

i dunno man... i eat a pretty balance diet with lots of ... well... everything... so i just eat a regular multi like you do...

however... when i'm cutting and in a calorie deficit... thats when i start supplementing an animal pak or orange triad
